Polar Linen is committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly, and with respect for human rights. We have zero tolerance for slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, bonded labour, child labour, or any other form of exploitation in our operations or supply chain.

Our Expectations

We expect all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and comply with all applicable labour, employment, and human rights laws. Suppliers are expected to:

• prohibit all forms of slavery, forced labour, human trafficking, bonded labour, and child labour;
• provide safe, fair, and respectful working conditions;
• pay wages and benefits that comply with applicable laws and regulations;
• ensure working hours comply with legal requirements;
• respect workers’ rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining where permitted by law;
• maintain transparent employment practices and prohibit discrimination, harassment, and abuse; and
• source materials responsibly and maintain traceability where reasonably practicable.

Supplier Due Diligence

We seek to work with suppliers who share our commitment to ethical sourcing and responsible business practices. Where appropriate, we assess supplier compliance through due diligence measures such as contractual commitments, audits, visits to manufacturers by company representatives, or other reasonable checks.

Reporting Concerns

Anyone who becomes aware of suspected unethical practices or potential violations of this policy is encouraged to report their concerns promptly to Polar Linen Holding. Reports will be reviewed appropriately, and we will take reasonable steps to investigate and address any substantiated issues. Where necessary, this may include suspending or terminating supply contracts without further notice.
